Yes, this vendor is reliable. Great product and great customer service! The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The doll is very soft, very very nice and very cute …… Even better than what you see in the official photos. However, the weight may be an issue. Those with back problems or 0 training will have a hard time moving her and posing her. tpe has almost zero smell and after 1 or 2 baths the smell is even less. Now it smells like a bubble bath!
